We are pleased that Bowland Road Medical Practice is accessible for people with additional physical and/or mental health needs. 

We have:

– Two disabled parking spaces

– Ramp access to the front door and letterbox

– Level access to consulting rooms

– Level access to toilets

– Intercom outside and a bell inside to alert staff to any reasonable adjustments

– Loop recorder

– Interpreter via phone

– Sign language interpreters

– A ‘quiet area’ in the waiting room

If the waiting room is busy and you need a quiet space, please inform reception staff. In most cases we can arrange a room to sit in.
