Alert: National IT Outage

We want to let you know that our computer system, EMIS, is not working right now. This problem is affecting many General Practices across the country.

Because of this, we can't access medical records, book appointments, or manage prescriptions at the moment. The EMIS team is working hard to fix the problem.

If you had a pre-booked telephone or face to face appointment we are unable to access your record. We therefore ask you only to attend if you have an urgent medical need until we are able to access the system.

We will update this message when it is fixed.
